Lucky escape for motorist

A motorist was described by ambulance staff as "extremely lucky" to escape from his Fiat Punto after it was crushed by a 30ft branch. The branch, which was three to four feet in diameter, became detached from a large tree during high winds in Rubery, West Midlands.
