Chris praises Keanu

Fantastic Four star Chris Evans has praised his co-star Keanu Reeves in upcoming movie Street Kings, saying the Matrix star is a "very giving actor".

"Keanu is one of the most diligent determined actors I've ever worked with," he told Access Hollywood. "He will go through every single line - not one line isn't thought out. He has a reason for saying everything. You've got to respect that. A lot of actors could easily phone in a performance. I can't imagine him phoning in anything."

"He also loved rehearsal which is rare," Chris added. "You work on a lot of films where some actors think rehearsals make things stale. I'm a huge believer in rehearsal. If they'll let me, I'll rehearse until I'm blue in the face. And Keanu loved the rehearsal process. I think we discovered some great things."

Chris stars alongside Keanu, Forest Whittaker and Hugh Laurie in the tough whodunnit cop drama set in Los Angeles and out in the UK in April.
