MySpace has launched a new celebrity channel, scenejunkie.
The social networking site is making it easier for users to get the latest updates their favourite musicians, actors and stars have made to their pages and blogs, with a celebrity directory on the new channel.
Fans can also catch up on news and interviews through the site, and discover new up-and-coming MySpace talent.
The site that made Lily Allen and Kate Nash famous will now feature the cream of the crop of undiscovered musicians on scenejunkie.
Jamie Kantrowitz, SVP of Marketing and Content for MySpace International, said: "Scenejunkie is the new home for all the movers and shakers on MySpace, and a platform for them to express themselves directly to their fans.
"For the first time our users can find this talent all in one place, and not just the A-listers; they can also discover the power users that build their fame from our site.
"Scenejunkie is essentially a next-generation newswire, allowing talent and fans to connect in ways that haven't been possible before."
