Gainsbourg takes Terminator role?
Charlotte Gainsbourg has apparently been lined up to star alongside Christian Bale in the next Terminator film.
Empire reports that the British actress, who has starred in The Science Of Sleep and 21 Grams, will play Kate Connor, who is the wife of main character John Connor, played by Christian.
Filming has started on Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, the fourth instalment in the Terminator franchise which made Arnold Schwarzenegger a household name.
The film's production company Warner Bros has also reportedly revealed that the film will be set in 2018 and will follow John Connor on his quest to defeat the Terminators.
"The future Connor was raised to believe in is altered in part by the appearance of Marcus Wright, a stranger whose last memory is of being on death row. Connor must decide whether Marcus has been sent from the future, or rescued from the past," said a Warner Bros spokesperson.
