Ronson gives Lohan 'thumbs up'

Mark Ronson is said to have given his sister's relationship with Lindsay Lohan his seal of approval.

The producer's younger sister Samantha has been linked to Hollywood starlet Lindsay for the past five months.

According to the Daily Mirror, Mark and his current flame, model Daisy Lowe, recently enjoyed a double date with the couple.

Daisy reportedly told the paper: "Lindsay is really down to earth. Her and Sam make a lovely couple - they seem really happy."

She added: "Mark totally approves. But we're not going to double-date again - I mean, would you go on a date with your brother? It's just a bit weird and anyway they live in LA, so it's kinda difficult."

Lindsay, who has battled with alcohol problems in the past, is said to have opened up about the relationship with DJ Sam earlier this month, describing her as the 'person she cares most about'.

The actress is currently working on new comedy Labor Pains, and is also planning to work on a new music album this summer.
