Auditions for a new girl group co-managed by Louis Walsh and Westlife's Kian Egan will be held in Dublin city.
The musical duo are searching for five females with raw talent to turn in to the next pop sensation.
Louis, who is currently recording a fourth series of X Factor, said he wants band members to be aged between 15 and 25 years old.
Open auditions will take place in The Pod, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 - the same venue where Louis auditioned both Boyzone and Westlife - from midday to 6pm on Friday and Saturday.
Hopeful band members will be asked to sing a cappella (without instruments). Callbacks will be on Sunday.
Louis, who started in the music business in a showband promoter's office in Dublin, has been instrumental in finding and managing some of the most successful pop bands and groups in the charts including Boyzone, Westlife, and Girls Aloud.
He helped turn Kian, who is engaged to former Hollyoaks actress Jodi Albert, and his Westlife band members from unknowns into superstars.
Westlife currently hold the record for having the most consecutive No 1 singles, boasting 13 UK No 1s and six No 1 selling albums.
