Best Known For: The race row with Bollywood beauty Shilpa Shetty in Celebrity Big Brother.

Early Life: Jade was born in Bermondsey, London, and grew up with her lesbian mother Jackiey, after her father Andrew left when she was two.

Young Jade had to help her mum around the house after Jackiey lost her left arm in a motorbike accident.

The loudmouth went on to become a dental nurse - but shot to fame in the third series of Big Brother. Her seemingly dim conversational gambits and good-humoured nature won her many fans. But her good fortune wasn't to last.

Career High: Big Brother earnt Jade a fortune through string of reality TV shows, including Jade's PA, and a best-selling autobiography and signature perfume.

Love Life: Jade had a stormy long-term relationship with television presenter Jeff Brazier, and the couple have two sons, Bobby Jack and Freddie.

She has since had an on/off relationship with Jack Tweedy, who's six years her junior.

Don't Mention: Celebrity Big Brother. Jade became one of the nation's most-hated when her aggressive side came out in the show. Jade apparently suffered from depression after being evicted and her perfume and autobiography were pulled from shelves after the racism row. Although she has now launched a new perfume called Contraversial.
