Rachel's Strictly workout has given her a whole new look

Rachel Stevens has found that her dance regime for Strictly Come Dancing has worked better than any kind of diet.

The former S Club 7 singer told Heat magazine that practising dances such as the Salsa and the Quickstep has been great training.

"Being in Strictly is a dream come true and has done wonders for my figure and general fitness. I'm in better shape than ever and it's so much more fun than going to the gym!" she said.

She has also been shedding weight so fast that the BBC wardrobe has been struggling to alter her dancing outfits to fit her.

"Rachel has slimmed down a lot," said a show insider. "Wardrobe have had a nightmare - they're doing constant refits because her body shape's changed so much."
