Beyonce to perform at AMA Awards

Beyonce has been added to the line-up at the American Music Awards.

The If I Were A Boy singer joins big name stars such as Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift and Rihanna on the bill at the glitzy ceremony in LA.

Kanye West, the Jonas Brothers, Ne-Yo and Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus are also set to take to the stage at the awards bash, which will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.

Annie Lennox is to receive the AMA's Award of Merit at the ceremony, which will take place on November 23 in Los Angeles.
