Hudson thanks fans for support

Jennifer Hudson has thanked her fans for their support following the tragic deaths of her mother, brother and nephew.

"I want to thank each and every one of you for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time," the singer and actress wrote on a posting titled 'Thank You All' on her MySpace blog on Thursday.

"My sister and I take great comfort and strength from your love and concern," she added.

This is the first time Jennifer has personally responded to well-wishers since the tragic murders of Darnell Hudson Donerson, 57, Jason Hudson, 29, and Julian King, seven, last month.

The investigation into the killings is still ongoing. No-one has yet been charged with the shootings.
