Nicola McLean faced her worst nightmare in the I'm A Celebrity jungle - braving rats, spiders, mealworms and cockroaches in a pitch black cave.
Before entering the so-called Cavern of Calamity for the latest bushtucker trial, the claustrophobic glamour model said: "I'm so petrified, I could cry. This show is turning me into a nervous wreck, I could honestly cry."
And with insects falling on her hair and shoulders, she added: "I'm really scared, oh God, this is horrendous, please God, this is really awful, my worst nightmare."
The 25-year-old contender in the ITV1 show only managed to find three stars, meaning three meals out of a possible 12 for her fellow celebrities.
But she said she was "buzzing" because her failure meant madcap comedian Timmy Mallet and singer David Van Day would be going hungry.
She added: "I couldn't care less what the others say, sorry."
Earlier, she blasted the pair for joking with her that her hair would get messy during the trial, telling them: "Don't be d***heads!"
On her way to the trial she said: "I'm petrified. I'm not busting my balls to feed two people that really rile me."
