Amy Winehouse talks to lawyers?

Amy Winehouse has apparently met with lawyers to discuss a possible separation from hubby Blake Fielder-Civil.

The troubled star asked her dad Mitch to organise a meeting with the divorce team at the clinic where she is being treated for medical problems, the Sun reports.

Blake, who has just been released from prison after serving time for perverting the course of justice, apparently had a furious bust-up with the Rehab singer over the phone.

He then continued to call Amy from his place in rehab - one of the conditions of his jail release - while she was in the clinic.

He has also apparently criticised Mitch for interfering with the marriage.
