Mallett gets jungle marching orders
Timmy Mallett was booted off I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, much to the delight of his fellow contestants.
The madcap TV personality went head to head with former police chief Brian Paddick in a bushtucker trial which involved downing bizarre cocktails.
A beetle juice blend of cockroaches and meal worms was followed by a crunchy snack of Mopani worms mixed with giant ants, which Brian threw up.
But the former London mayor hopeful went 2-1 up in the next round, successfully swallowing a "penis colada" of crocodile and camel.
In the fourth round, Timmy resorted to grabbing Brian's arm as the pair tried to swallow beach worms.
But Brian finished off the dish, and in so doing finished off Timmy's hopes of becoming king of the jungle.
On leaving the show, Timmy, who claims to be vegetarian, said: "Bother, whoops, shame, I'm disappointed."
Brian returned to camp where he complained about Mallett's behaviour.
"Timmy was very unfair, see these marks here in my arm, it's out of order.
"The worm was wriggling about in the glass and Timmy was dragging it out when he suddenly grabbed my arm - that was a deliberate attempt to stop me chewing and to stop me swallowing.
"He has a calculating side to him that I didn't find pleasant so I'm not going to be crying on my pillow about the fact that Timmy's gone."
