The surviving camp mates on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! have been reminiscing as they near the end of their jungle adventure.
Just four celebrities remain in the running to win the show and they have spent their last hours looking back on their emotional highs and lows.
Martina Navratilova said that she had found the experience gruelling, crying "at the drop of a hat".
For David Van Day, the show's worst point was when he found himself trapped in a jungle jail.
"It was an absolute hell hole, I've never been in anything like this in my life," he said. "Terrifying start to my time here and I think it sent me over the edge for a bit.
"The celebrities in the camp could have set us free if they gave up a luxury item but they didn't - no wonder I had the hump when I turned up here."
George Takei was more upbeat, commenting: "This has been the most memorable and unusual experience in my life, meeting those fascinating people and surviving the hardship, it's been a life-changing experience.
Not to be outdone in the emotion stakes, Joe Swash said watching the video message from his mother "tore me to pieces".
He said: "It's the most emotional I've been for years, really hit a nerve."
