Michael Jackson might turn up to see the new Thriller musical, according to his former choreographer.

Ricko Baird, Michael's former choreographer who dances as the star in new show Thriller - Live, said he would not be surprised if Jacko came to see it.

He said: "I have a feeling that's a possibility. He's the sort of person who will turn up dressed as a big man with a moustache."

Michael's brother Tito, who was also in The Jackson 5, was a surprise guest at a preview for the show, which opens on January 21 at the Lyric Theatre in central London.

Ricko, who doubled for Jackson in the video for You Rock My World, said: "He really enjoyed it. In the middle of the show they said he was here and I got really nervous to know he was watching."

Ricko added that he would love Michael to join the cast.

"He's very easy to work with. He is very normal and cracks jokes but he's very focused," he said.

The show comes after several troubled years for Michael, who has faced accusations of child abuse and money troubles.

Ricko said: "I think what will always stand is his talent and his music. That's what people know him for."

Thriller - Live tells the story of Jackson's music career by linking his songs with narration. It includes some of the original Jackson dance routines and choreography includes his trademark moonwalk and the famous zombie move from the Thriller video.
