Sarandon joins Clooney on ER set
Susan Sarandon is said to have joined forces with George Clooney, filming scenes with the star as he made his final return to hit medical drama ER.
E! reports that the Oscar-winning actress filmed her scenes with George last week at the Warner Bros studio set in Burbank, Los Angeles. Their episode will air towards the end of the final season of the show.
No details have been released on the storyline which brings the actor back to the show, but word has it that series regular Linda Cardellini, who plays nurse Sam Taggart, worked with George in at least one scene.
"He was charming," one ER crew member said about George's return to the set. "Everyone had a great time with George, and he told some great stories about the old days. He really enjoyed himself and was glad he did it."
