Brad Pitt is to team up with Natalie Portman in a new romantic comedy.
The stars will take the lead in the movie, which is based on the book Important Artifacts And Personal Property From The Collection Of Lenore Doolan And Harold Morris, Including Books, Street Fashion And Jewellery, reports Variety.
The tome is organised like an auction catalogue, with entries like clothes, pictures and notes revealing various moments in a couple's romance. Each artifact tells a story about the relationship.
Brad, 45, was last seen in The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, which saw him nominated for a Best Actor Oscar.
Natalie, 27, also an Academy Award nominee for her performance as a stripper in 2004's Closer, last hit the big screen in New York, I Love You.
The stars will also produce the film through their companies.
