Pete Doherty admits he misses Kate
Pete Doherty has admitted he misses ex-girlfriend Kate Moss.
The Babyshambles star said he was planning to go to see Lily Allen perform recently but a spanner was put in the works when Kate decided to attend.
He told Q that Lily's label EMU requested him not to go as they didn't want the limelight taken away from their artist.
In an interview with the magazine, he explained: "EMU got in touch and said, 'We don't want you there because Kate Moss will be there and it will take attention away from Lily. Can you not go?'
"I was so insulted. I don't know, I think I would have been courteous enough.
"Then I'd probably have headbutted her new boyfriend, put her over my shoulder and run off. Really and truly, I miss her. And I would like to speak to her. It's so confusing for me still. What am I supposed to say?"
Pete is still hedging his bets though and isn't ruling out meeting a new girl.
"If I was to turn round now and say, 'Right, my heart's not been mended, and I still miss her and I'm still in love with her', that's going to wreck my chances with some other bird who's gonna read that and I might blow my chances with her!"
