Sir Paul McCartney is reportedly having a third summer home built in the Hamptons.

Contractors are working hard to complete the third property on his Amagansett compound that is reportedly going be used to accommodate guests, according to The New York Post.

The new building, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms is said to be costing the multimillionaire musician 200,000 US dollars.

A source revealed: "Paul took girlfriend Nancy Shevell for an hour-long tour of the grounds at his holiday home last Sunday to inspect how the work was going."

The Beatles legend, 66, met New York millionairess Nancy, 48, in the Hamptons, where she has mansion of her own and they began dating in November 2007.
