Injured Katie Price misses polo

Katie Price was forced to pull out of a celebrity polo event after she injured her knee.

The glamour model -- aka Jordan -- was due to compete in a celebrity polo contest at the British Open Show Jumping Championships on Sunday but could not take part after hurting herself, reports The Sun.

Minutes before it was announced that she would not be taking part, Katie was seen limping "gingerly" to meet fans and sign autographs.

The 30-year-old mother-of-three has been due to compete against TV Gladiator Siren -- whose real name is Amy Guy -- in front of a crowd of thousands at the Birmingham LG Arena.
