Britney Spears' big bills revealed

Britney Spears has spent almost £7 million in the last year.

The 27-year-old singer earned £7,944,737 between February and December 31 2008 but spent also managed to spend £6,933,020 in that time, including £300,000 on security, according to legal papers filed at Los Angeles Superior Court.

Britney racked up a £2 million legal bill including paying £428,000 for the family court costs of ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The If You Seek Amy singer spent £122,545 on child care for sons Sean Preston, three, and two-year-old Jayden James.

Britney's accounts were filed at the court by her father, Jamie Spears, who was made co-conservator of her estate, following her meltdown.

Britney's Circus tour, to which she recently added a number of extra European dates, is helping to earn her more money and she is reportedly considering extending the tour to visit Australia later in the year.
