MPs can't duck expenses

The wooden structure is a replica of the duck house claimed by Sir Peter Viggers which has come to symbolise one of the worst excesses of the politicians' expenses scandal. Campaigners hope that launching it past the Houses of Parliament will remind MPs of the anger still felt by the British public regarding their expenses claims.
